Because when you look good, you feel good. ### The Role Think of the Aesthetic Coordinator as the air traffic controller of the studio. You don’t run the patient experience from the front — you build the runway that makes it possible. Every provider who performs flawlessly, every tray set before it’s needed, every break that runs on time — that’s you. Invisible when it works. Irreplaceable when it doesn’t. This role is entirely operational, and that’s exactly what makes it foundational. Annual base salary range: 40k-60k (hourly role) ### What You’ll Do • Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed • Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts • Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift • Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives • Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls • Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out • Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records • Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care • Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role. ### What This Role Demands • **Precision** — inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking are exact sciences here • **Anticipation** — you’re three steps ahead of the schedule at all times • **Ownership & Accountability** — the state of the studio is a direct reflection of your standard, and you own it • **Reliability** — every provider and every patient depends on you showing up ready • **Friday and Saturday availability** — Mandatory ### What You Bring • A calm, kind presence in a fast-moving environment • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball (or the tray) • Reliability, compassion, and a genuine team-first attitude • Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a **plus** — but a willingness to learn counts for a lot here • MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license is a **plus** — not required
