Rite of Passage Team is hiring for an ***Awake Night Supervisor*** at ***The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center* (AJATC)** in Bryant, Arkansas**✨** AJATC is a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. The Awake Night Supervisor provides direct supervision and directive to night staff, including assisting in crisis management, maintaining effective scheduling, and conducting facility checks. The Awake Night Supervisor will perform evaluations, hiring, reprimands, and training to night staff, while being a key member of the Management Team on campus. **To be considered you should:** Have a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field *(or equivalent to years of experience)* ~ **Three Years** of experience in juvenile treatment ~ **One Year** of Supervisory experience ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License **Schedule:** 4 days on/3 off – 3 days on/4 off *Night Shift: 7pm – 8am* (1*2-hour shift* \**1 hour break* \*) *Currently hiring for:* B-Shift; every *other* Wednesday, and every Thursday - Saturday **Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!** After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults.
