Small Business Lending LLC is looking for an **AVP, Business Loan Specialist.** This position is designed to give entry level candidates exposure to many areas such as Lending, Insurance, Payroll, and Technology, to name a few! The right candidates will be driven, hard-working, and ready to launch their career path. The **AVP, Business Loan Specialist** will be assisting the Lending division in providing outstanding customer service to existing and potential lending customers. Assisting in the completion of loan applications and the compilation of necessary documents needed to pre-qualify loan applications and complete both the underwriting and closing process. **Requirements - Successful candidates will possess the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** - Intermediate computer proficiency and excellent phone manner. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, i.e. Word, Excel, etc. - Excellent attention to detail, follow up, and problem solving - Ability to meet deadlines and plan accordingly - Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills are essential - Self-motivating and great team work attitude - Ability to quickly learn about company products and services - Ability to multi task and work with several applications concurrently - Mandatory participation in hands on training and coaching modules - College degree is preferred **Salary Range:** $45,000 to $55,000 per year * * * NewtekOne is an Equal Opportunity Employer; M/F/D/V.
