### **Job Description** ## **Overview** We are seeking a ***Project Manager*** to join our team in **New York, NY.** ## **Your role** - Split time between on site and office/remote. - Report to Project Director and/or Lead Project Manager. - Work in Owner's Rep atmosphere managing multiple projects. - Coordinate with client, contractor, design team and stakeholders. - Review project schedule and budgets, analysis change orders for entitlement, prepare weekly/monthly reports, provide support as needed and manage assistant project managers. - Manage project files and internal reporting programs. ## **About you** - Bachelor's degree required. - Project Manager with 6-10 years of experience working in Aviation and/or Hospitality. - Knowledge of project management programs.
