Our technicians enjoy guaranteed pay, very collaborative and casual work environment, very different from a traditional "dog eat dog" shop. It's fun, fair and a great place to work. To excel in this service role, you will need excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail. **What You’ll Do:** The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old. - 190 Point Vehicle Inspection - Lube, filter, flushes - Brake system and tire repair - Suspension and alignments - Vehicle Drivability - Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair - Gasket and Seal Repairs **What We’re Looking For:** - Must be state certified where applicable - At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification - Own a set of tools - Valid driver’s license and a good driving record - High school diploma or the equivalent - Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn - Respect for teammates and positive outlook **What We Offer:** - Salary of $47K to $60K+ based on experience - Our technicians are paid salary with bonus potential - not flat rate, pay is guaranteed, - Company Paid Training - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 401K – 100% match up to 4% - Paid vacation - Tuition reimbursement - Access to leadership and personal development programs - Company provided uniforms and tool cabinet ## Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
