Neil Huffman Volkswagen is currently hiring an experienced Automotive Service Technicians with strong diagnostic talent to join our growing service department. This position involves full automotive troubleshooting, and testing routine inspections and repairs. Must have own tools. Position is to be filled immediately. **Applicant must have proper credentials to show certification of Master Technician with manufacturer. Pay and sign on bonus based on experience/certifications.** **DUTIES**: - Perform work as outlined on repair order with minimal supervision. - Establish positive relationship, striving to obtain a high Customer Service Index. - Keep apprised of changes, innovations to/of service techniques, as well as manufacturer's technical bulletins and help lines. - Attend factory-sponsored training classes as mandated by management. - Advise service advisor if additional work is needed or if specific work as outlined is not necessary. - Supervise work (coach/teach) of less-skilled technicians. - Keep vehicles clean while working on them.
