This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers keep their vehicles safe and reliable. ### Compensation **$70,000 - $120,000+ per year** Performance-based pay with outstanding earning potential for motivated professionals. ## What You'll Do - Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience from start to finish. - Listen to customer concerns and accurately identify vehicle service needs. - Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections. - Prepare estimates and clearly explain repairs, costs, and timelines. - Schedule appointments and efficiently manage repair orders. - Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process. - Keep customers updated on vehicle status and ensure complete satisfaction. - Build long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business. ## What We're Looking For - Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred. - Automotive dealership experience is a plus. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Positive attitude and professional appearance. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Basic computer skills and experience with dealership software is preferred. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ## Benefits - Competitive compensation - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - 401(k) - Paid Time Off - **3 weeks PTO after one year** - Ongoing training and professional development - Opportunities for advancement within a growing dealership - Supportive team environment ## Why Kansas City Hyundai?
