Open the car door to your future with Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships! * * * **Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships** is looking for an **Automotive Salesperson** to join our growing team! *\*There is no experience needed but it’s preferred for this position. We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees.* * * * **A Day in the Life of an Automotive Sales Consultant (but not limited to):** - Approaching and talking to customers who enter the dealership lot - Listening and asking questions to determine the customer’s needs and wants in a vehicle - Provide knowledgeable information and demonstrate features of suitable inventory - Ensure the customer understands the paperwork, warranty, and vehicle’s - Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts - Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with current and previous customers **Qualifications include but are not limited to:** - Valid Driver’s License - HS Diploma or Equivalent - Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily. - Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently - Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines - Excellent oral and written communication skills **Blaise Alexander offers its full- time employees and their family’s benefits packages and tools you need to be successful.
