We provide professional training for candidates with experience in **sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, bartending, serving, banking, or other customer-facing positions.** If you've been successful helping customers, building relationships, and enjoy earning based on your performance, we'll teach you the automotive business. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** • Help customers find the Volkswagen that best fits their needs, lifestyle, and budget. • Demonstrate vehicles through walk-arounds and test drives while explaining features and benefits. • Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish. • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. • Follow up with customers by phone, text, email, and CRM to answer questions and earn their business. • Manage internet leads, phone opportunities, showroom traffic, and repeat customers. • Keep accurate customer notes and complete follow-up activities in our CRM. • Work closely with sales managers to provide an outstanding customer experience and achieve monthly sales goals. **WHO SUCCEEDS HERE** • Previous experience working directly with customers in sales, retail, hospitality, restaurants, banking, or customer service. • Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required. • Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships. • Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and using computer systems or CRM software. • Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Coachable, competitive, dependable, and motivated to succeed. • Positive attitude with a professional appearance. • Valid driver's license. • Available to work Saturdays. **COMPENSATION** • Commission-based compensation with a **$3,000** monthly draw. • Realistic first-year earning potential of **$60,000-$90,000**. • Top performers have the opportunity to earn **$100,000+** annually. **BENEFITS** • Medical, dental, and vision insurance. • Paid time off and paid holidays. • Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service. • Paid training and ongoing professional development. • Career advancement opportunities. **WHY VOLKSWAGEN OF CORPUS CHRISTI?** We've proudly served the Coastal Bend for over 16 years and believe our people are the reason for our success.
