Our programs are designed to improve your life at work and home. - Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance - Paid Maternity & Paternity after one year of employment - Start earning PTO on your 1st day of employment - Paid Training - Career Advancement - 401(K) and profit sharing **Responsibilities** - Greet and receive prospects and customers - Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees - Calculates the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system. - Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received on the repair order - Makes change accurately and issues receipts to customers - Records totals of repair orders verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at the end of the shift - Refers customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member. - Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance. - Assist with various clerical duties as needed **Requirements** - High School Diploma or higher - A professional appearance - A clean driving record & valid driver's license - Must be authorized to work in the USA - Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test) Our company maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunities for all associates.
