This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has strong attention to detail, and wants to build a career in automotive service with a growing dealership organization. ## **Key Responsibilities** - Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services - Drain and refill engine oil while replacing oil and air filters - Inspect and replenish vehicle fluid levels - Check and adjust tire pressure as needed - Complete multi-point vehicle inspections - Follow repair orders according to dealership and manufacturer standards - Maintain clean and organized service bays and shop areas - Communicate with the parts department regarding needed parts - Safely operate lifts, tools, and automotive service equipment - Test drive vehicles when necessary for service verification - Assist service technicians with daily shop operations - Communicate with Service Advisors regarding recommended maintenance needs - Perform warranty service work according to manufacturer specifications ## **What We’re Looking For** We are seeking individuals who are dependable, motivated, and eager to grow within the automotive industry. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills - Previous automotive experience preferred but not required - Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair - Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Punctual, dependable, and reliable - High School Diploma or GED preferred - Basic computer skills - Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record ## **Build Your Future With Us** At **Walt Massey CDJR**, this is more than a job — it is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that believes in developing its people.
