To help keep up with the increasing consumer demands in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking friendly individuals with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service to our guests! **Genesis of Cary** is a member of **Johnson Automotive**, one of the fastest growing automotive companies in the Triangle. **Johnson Automotive** has earned a reputation for outstanding customer service and first-class operation by hiring top performers that are eager to elevate our guest’s experiences. . **Summary:** **The Service Valet** will assist the **Service Department** by guiding and directing service guests and their vehicles to appropriate locations. . **Essential Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):** · Greet all guests entering the Service Department; · Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot; · Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles; · Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities; · Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed; · Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested; · Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered; · Assist the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management. . **Required Qualifications and Skills:** · Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. · Ability to drive manual transmission; · Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment; · Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance; · Possess excellent verbal communication skills and speak proper grammar; · Positive attitude, outgoing personality a must and a friendly demeanor; · Have excellent Customer Service skills; · Valid driver's license and clean driving record, clean background, and must pass drug test; · Must have flexible schedule. . **Benefits** **:** Your elected health and ancillary benefits begin on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
