As our Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in helping customers secure vehicle financing while presenting protection products that enhance ownership and satisfaction. Responsibilities - Arrange and secure vehicle financing through lender relationships. - Present finance and insurance products to customers professionally and ethically. - Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations. - Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal flow and timely funding. - Maintain lender approvals and documentation accuracy. - Achieve monthly production and product penetration goals. - Deliver an outstanding customer experience from delivery to funding. **Qualifications** - Minimum 5 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of dealership F&I operations, lender programs, and compliance requirements. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals. - Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. - Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, RouteOne, Dealertrack experience preferred. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record. ## **Why Curry Honda?** At Curry Honda, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
