Responsibilities include: - Perform oil and filter changes - Rotate tires and check/set tire pressures - Complete Digital Multi-Point Inspections (MPI) on every vehicle - Record brief Video MPIs to explain vehicle condition and maintenance recommendations to customers - Check and top off all vehicle fluids - Inspect brakes, batteries, belts, hoses, and other wear items - Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and other maintenance items - Road test vehicles when necessary - Communicate inspection findings and recommendations with Service Advisors - Follow Kia repair procedures and dealership quality standards - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - Deliver efficient, accurate, high-quality work every day ## **What We're Looking For** - Previous automotive, express service, or quick lube experience is preferred but not required - Positive attitude with a strong work ethic - Eagerness to learn and grow - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail - Ability to learn new technology and service procedures - Comfortable using tablets and digital inspection software - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - High School Diploma or GED required - Technical school education or ASE certifications are a plus - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening **Apply today and become part of the Metro Kia of Madison team!** * * * ### **Equal Opportunity Employer** Metro Kia of Madison is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
