Comprised of dedicated people and decades of manufacturing experience, we have continued to experience strong growth and currently have outstanding career opportunities for equally dedicated people. **Job Description:** The Automation Engineer II deploys engineering techniques to design, develop, test, and manage automated machinery processes. **** **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities** - Designs, programs, simulates, and tests automated machinery to streamline manufacturing processes. - Uses design techniques to build automated systems such as measurement functions, control functions, and actuators, etc. - Considers automation workflow, production layout, and safety measures when designing automated machinery processes. - Audits current equipment and automated processes to determine failure rates. Coordinates quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost. - Drafts and designs detailed documentation for design specifications and additional relevant documents. - Adheres to international and local regulatory standards for design, process, and safety considerations. **Essential Qualifications** - Proficient with Microsoft office. - Experience in use of ERP Systems, preferably IQMS. - Must be well organized and detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy. - Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to others.
