But at the heart of our business is our people. **Role Purpose** Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and directing the operation of the Automated Passport Control Federal Inspection Station (FIS) activities, ensuring Agent performance and maintaining effective customer service by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. **What you will be doing** - Planning, organizing, coordinating and directing the FIS activities and Agents to meet established service delivery, timelines and customer expectations. - Maintains effective relationships with customers. Ensures work standards and performance are compliant with Customer expectations. - Identifies, manages and utilizes needed resources in order to meet the operational goals and timely service. - Understands issues and opportunities for improvement, gathers necessary data and communicates with appropriate personnel to resolve issues. - Ensures Team Members successfully comply with all Company training requirements, investigates causes of accidents and recommends safety measures for preventing further occurrences, is able to meet the Station's attendance standards. - Other duties may be assigned. **Safety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance:** You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
