The ideal candidate: - Produces consistently high-quality work - Takes ownership of every vehicle - Is dependable and self-motivated - Enjoys staying busy throughout the day - Wants to earn more by producing more Compensation Pay & Benefits - Earn $16.25 – $21.25+ flat rate - Production bonuses up to $375 per pay period - 401(k) with company match - Health, Dental & Vision Insurance - Paid Life Insurance - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Full-time Monday–Friday schedule 8 am to 5 pm Our commission structure rewards high performers.
