What makes us different? - **A unique, team-based repair process** - **OEM ONLY auto body parts** - **A culture built on teaching, support, and long-term career growth** If you’re looking for a place to build your career and get your foot in the door with a company that truly invests in its people, this is your chance. **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?** - **TOP INDUSTRY PAY** $180k - $220k Team commission pay plan - **FULL BENEFIT PACKAGE** Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, Life Insurance. 401K Option and a Health Savings Account with B Street contribution - **WORK LIFE BALANCE** Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Time; opportunity for 3-4 day weekends - **PAID TRAINING** and Potential for Growth within the Company **RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF AN EXPERIENCED AUTO BODY TECH:** - Structural / Frame part replacement / Frame repair (not replacement) - Part repair / replacement - Suspension Repairs - Light Automotive mechanical Repairs - Teamwork & Communication skills - Maintain clean and organized environment - Read / Repair per OEM Repair Procedures - Welding knowledge & skills (steel, aluminum and spot) - Frame Rack experience - Ability to repair and replace Restraint systems (SRS) - Ability to repair and replace vehicle suspension **Here are our non-negotiables:** - Maintain a Monday – Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule - A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the auto body/automotive/dealership industry, or relatable field - Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds - You must have a valid driver's license - Must provide own Hand and Power Tools - (large equipment provided) B Street Collision is family owned and operated since 1978.
