Autism Support Broker Job Type: Full-Time (40 Hours) Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm - (with occasional hours outside this range as needed) Location: Northeast/ Central Region of Massachusetts when traveling Office Location: Danvers office, with the opportunity for remote work based on caseload needs Pay Rate: $25.50-$27.50 Job Summary: Northeast Arc�s Autism Support Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and mission-driven Autism Support Broker to help families access life-changing services through the Autism Waiver Program. In this role, you�ll guide caregivers through complex systems, connect them with resources, and ensure each family receives the support they need to thrive. Major Responsibilities: Partner with parents and caregivers to plan, troubleshoot, and coordinate autism waiver services Support families in accessing Autism Waiver Program resources Develop and maintain Person-Centered Autism Support Plans (Meditech documentation) Help families identify providers and build support teams Assist with PPL processes: recruiting, hiring, training, and managing support staff Meet monthly with families receiving Intensive In-Home Supports Attend trainings, conferences, and community events as a representative of Northeast Arc Contribute to special projects and center initiatives Other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor�s degree At least three years of experience or equivalent experience with specialized training in the field of autism Experience supporting individuals with autism (personal or professional) Valid driver�s license and reliable personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided for required travel Ability to attend off-site meetings and travel in varied weather conditions Ability to sit at a desk for approximately 50% of the day and stand/walk for the remaining 50% About Us: Since 1991, the Autism Support Center has empowered families with accurate information, resources, and community connections.
