Throughout the day, you will coordinate directly with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to obtain approvals and resolve coverage issues. You will ensure that each request is complete, accurate, and properly documented in the electronic health record. You will monitor pending authorizations, follow up as needed to avoid delays in patient care, and assist with appeals or denials when necessary.
