Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Audiologist to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and manage hearing and balance disorders for patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This position offers the opportunity to deliver patient-centered audiologic care while improving communication, safety, and overall quality of life for a geriatric population. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry Diagnose hearing loss and balance-related conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and other assistive listening devices Provide counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding hearing health and device use Document evaluations, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and care teams Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and infection control standards Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities as assigned Requirements Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) required Current state Audiology license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) preferred Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings strongly preferred Experience working with hearing aids and assistive listening devices Strong clinical, organizational, and documentation skills Excellent communication and patient-care abilities Comfortable working with the geriatric population Ability to travel as needed Benefits Competitive compensation per annum: $30,000 - $60,000 Paid Time Off Malpractice Insurance Why Work With Us?
