This role is ideal for a business-minded legal professional who enjoys serving as a strategic partner to the business while remaining deeply engaged in the details of sophisticated contract negotiation and drafting. You will work closely with leaders across sales, , finance, product, operations, and executive leadership to help the company accelerate growth while managing legal and commercial risk in a practical, solution-oriented way. The right person for this role is intellectually curious, collaborative, commercially minded, and energized by the craft of negotiating and structuring complex agreements. You know how to move deals forward, simplify complexity, and build credibility with stakeholders while still diving deep into the details that matter.
