This position is responsible for the daily activities, cash administration, reconciliations, and monitoring of the ATM fleet. ### Essential Functions: - Ensures daily processes are accurately completed in a timely manner, including but not limited to; payment processing, reject posting, various daily, monthly and quarterly reports, GL research and daily mail requests. - Under general supervision, process and support all duties related to dispute and fraud cases. - Provide centralized card support to the credit union branches and membership with limited supervision. - Oversees the daily cash management and forecasting activities by preparing cash position reports and transferring funds as appropriate with the Federal Reserve. - Responsible for the placements of daily cash order as well as the ongoing monitoring and cash management for all ATMs by utilizing cash vendor reports and data. - Perform reconciliation of settlement and work-in-progress accounts. - Balance all applicable ATM general ledgers (GL) daily. - Analyze, record and resolve variances in accordance with specific process regarding ATM Cash Reconcilement. - Prepare settlement related daily cash position reports and spreadsheets. - Identify process and procedure gaps and enhancements and collaborate with leadership in an effort to improve overall efficiency and quality. - Adheres to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and CO-OP Operating Rules and Regulations. - Adhere to the organizations policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal regulations and comply with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and other compliance requests and requirements. - Processes all transactions accurately and with…
