In this position, you will be responsible for cutting and prepping fish for our restaurant and wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate is experienced in prepping food at a fast pace and in a fast paced environment. They can hold and manage a knife with ease, and are very familiar with slicing, cutting, chopping and using knives. Must be able to stand on their feet **Duties and Responsibilities:** - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of culinary techniques - Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure - Excellent time management skills - Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment - Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
