Join our 5-star team of experts in orthopedics and plastic/reconstructive care, with over 50 board-certified physicians and 15+ locations across Northeast Ohio. **What We Offer:** Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision 100% Employer-Paid Life, Short- & Long-Term Disability 401(k) + PTO Voluntary Pet, Home, and Auto Insurance Benefits Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance & Wellness Programs ## Description ***\*SIGN ON BONUS - $2,000*** **** **The Essentials:** - **Schedule:** Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | Monday-Friday | 1^st^ Shift | No weekends/holidays - **Location:** Canton, OH - **Specialties:** Orthopedics - **Travel:** May be required to travel between clinic locations as needed **What You’ll Do:** - Provides clinical and administrative support in outpatient care and durable medical equipment (DME) services under the supervision of licensed providers. - Performs patient intake, records vitals and medical histories, manages EMR documentation, assists with procedures, prepares injections per physician orders, responds to clinical calls per protocol, and performs staple/suture removal and dressing application. - Fits and educates patients on DME, coordinates insurance authorizations, and maintains clinical areas to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. - Prepares EMRs for new patients, ensures forms are complete and accurate, reviews progress notes and urgent orders, and prepares charge tickets. **What We’re Looking For:** - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field from an accredited program required. Master’s degree in Athletic Training or related field preferred. - **Experience:** 3-5 years of demonstrated experience as an Athletic Trainer or related field, preferred. - **Skills:** Proficiency in EMR systems preferred. Knowledge of clinical safety protocols and quality standards. Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and clinical demands. - **License/Certifications:** Current license to practice Athletic Training in the State of Ohio required; Certified by the Board of Certification (BOC), Inc. for Athletic Trainers preferred; BLS required.
