ASST DOCKMASTER - # JOB SUMMARY: # The Asst Dockmaster provides services for our Club Members and guests by performing the following duties. **** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES** and other duties as may be assigned related to this position. Enforces all Club dock rules. Check in and check out dock guests. Checks boats (dock lines, equipment, etc.). Ensures garbage area is always neat & clean. Conducts safety checks of docks. Provides fishing equipment and bait. Keeps dock areas clean and safe. Delivers mail and packages to dock guests. Maintains a neat, clean, and orderly workstation always. Handles Member and guest routine comments in a professional manner and according to Club policies and refer any issues or concerns to the Club House Manager. Maintains a neat professional appearance with nametags and uniforms throughout the shift. Uses Member and guest names on a consistent basis to provide a friendly atmosphere. Keeps dock house neat & well organized – exterior free of gear & debris. Washes dock and deck surfaces each morning and end of day. Washes bait table each morning and end of day. ## EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: ## High School diploma or GED; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous boating experience is required. **LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:** Requires a valid Driver’s License, Captain’s License Preferred and Basic First Aid/CPR preferred
