Associate Transportation Specialist

QVC Group, Inc. is a Fortune 500 company with six leading retail brands – QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill® and Grandin Road. **Your Opportunity, Your Team** The Associate Transportation Specialist supports QVC and manages day-to-day transportation back-office operations by reviewing invoices, processing reimbursements and cargo claims, tracking metrics, and partnering cross-functionally to identify issues and improve processes. **Where You'll Work** This role is **hybrid** and will require you to be onsite at our Bethlehem, PA or Ontario, California Fulfillment center several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE or CA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. **What You'll Do** - Create reporting that provides meaningful insights for both leadership and analysts to support decision-making and operational visibility - Monitor support processes to identify deviations, trends, and potential issues that may impact performance - Escalate issues to management as needed to help improve carrier and vendor performance while reducing errors and costs - Collaborate cross-functionally with the appropriate stakeholders to address operational challenges and drive process improvements - Review daily metrics to identify issues and communicate findings to carriers and/or management in a timely manner **What You'll Bring** - Bachelor's or University Degree, or equivalent work experience - 2+ years related experience; preferably in a retail or operations environment - Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) #LI-SH1 Hourly: $28.00 - $31.00 Our **Total Rewards** package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
