The **Associate Technician Production Operations** is responsible for [insert a couple of sentences of the responsibilities for this job that drive significant impact to the organization]. This position reports to the Reagent Operations Supervisor and is part of the Reagents and Other Consumables department located in **Chaska, MN** and will be an **on-site** role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Work closely within the Reagent Operations team to support customers and drive continuous improvement and model Core Behaviors - Proficiently prepare and test calibrator formulations - Follow written instructions (SOP) for all critical processes The essential requirements of the job include: - High School Diploma or GED required - 6+ months of experience working in a regulated lab facility - Ability to apply basic analytical skills or scientific methods to perform activities It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Working within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods and adhering to quality guidelines - Strong PC Skills Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the wage that we in good faith believe is the wage of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This wage may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
