Our Operations team provides mission-critical support to our sales, customer success, and marketing teams. The Associate Technical Program Manager (ATPM) will drive the execution of business system initiatives, balancing project management rigor—such as requirements gathering, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communication—with hands-on tactic | | | --- | al support of the Salesforce environment and related systems. This is a fast-paced role ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver who is ready to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Responsibilities: Program Management: Partner with business stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance) to draft and document technical requirements (PRDs & Story Points) for new initiatives. Support the execution of tactical projects by tracking tasks, managing immediate blockers, and providing regular status updates to ensure timely delivery. Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment on system improvements and items on the operational roadmap. Salesforce Administration: Provide ongoing tactical support and maintenance for Salesforce, including user management, end-user support, and routine configuration updates. Assist with implementing system enhancements and support user-focused troubleshooting. Identify opportunities to leverage existing application capabilities to increase utilization and productivity. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or technical program management. Salesforce Administrator certification or demonstrated hands-on experience. Proven ability to translate business needs into technical documentation (PRDs/Process Maps). Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA). Strong communication and listening skills, with a positive approach. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay.
