The Associate Store Manager acts as the strategic partner to the Store Manager, helping to lead and develop a leadership team of Assistant Managers and Key Leads, as well as our Sales Associates. You will drive business results by overseeing daily operations and ensuring an inclusive environment where customers can explore the Knix product line.
