In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the Salesforce platform while partnering with experienced team members to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions. **What You’ll Do** - Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on user experience - Configure Salesforce features including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, and automation tools - Support data quality initiatives and maintain data integrity through rules, automation, and monitoring - Assist with security configuration including users, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing settings - Monitor support tickets, provide first-level triage, and escalate issues as needed - Partner with senior team members to review solutions and contribute to broader platform discussions - Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for Salesforce processes **What We’re Looking For** - 0–2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related IT/support role - Familiarity with Salesforce fundamentals and platform functionality - Exposure to Sales Cloud or Service Cloud environments - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams **Bonus points if you also have:** - Salesforce Administrator certification (or progress toward certification) - Experience with Flow Builder or other declarative automation tools - Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem Talent shows up in a lot of different ways, and we mean that.
