Group's key figures are approx. 7.296 billion Euros turnover, over 950 laboratories across 59 countries and about 65,000 staff. ## Job Description The Associate Project Manager supports the Project Management Staff in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. **Must live a commutable distance to Parsippany NJ and have a background in Environment or the Sciences. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a customer service position.** Schedule- Mon-Fri- 1st shift. Compensation- $20-24/hour **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Project Set-up - Creates projects in LIMs based on quotes or existing projects - Creates bottle orders - Schedules courier as needed - Sample Receipt - Reviews sample logins - Generates subcontract paperwork - Sends client sample receipt confirmation - Reviews draft invoice - Confirms that any client needed information is recorded in LIMs - Reporting - Creates and issues final deliverables - Invoicing - Reviews final invoice before issuing to client - Performs invoice corrections as needed - Other - Provides coverage with client communication when Project Managers are out of the office. - Assists with any other tasks as assigned - Demonstrates and promotes the company vision - Regular attendance and punctuality - Attend meetings within the laboratory - Cross-training and/or assisting other departments ## Qualifications Education: Associates Degree (four years client-relationship/client service experience may substitute for a degree) Experience: 1-3 years customer service experience - Great attention to detail - Proficient in various computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Professional communication skills - Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship - Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English. - Perform other duties as assigned ## Additional Information Please note - Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
