Associate Production Worker - Reserved I/DD

Documented proof of disability is required before interviewing. \*\*** **QC Flex is seeking an Associate Production Worker to join its team in Rock Island, IL.** As an Associate Production Worker, your primary responsibilities will be to carry out various production tasks and support production-related activities. This position is designed to accommodate the fluctuating demands of the company's production. This position will work Monday through Friday. By efficiently completing assigned tasks and assisting with production activities, you will contribute to the team's overall productivity and success by ensuring production is completed promptly and by working both independently and as part of a team. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Contribute to QC Flex’s mission to engage clients professionally and help decision makers achieve their goals efficiently. Set up and execute team operations, ensuring agency property and environments are safe and clean. Operate machinery under supervision for material movement in production and delivery. Follow safety, production, and quality control standards, adhere to work schedules, and suggest improvements for job design and quality control. Maintain professional interactions with colleagues and perform additional assigned duties. **QUALIFICATIONS** 1. Must be able to provide proof of a documented disability 2. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 3. Must be able to pass a federal background check to become NAID certified, if desired, according to the production manager. 4. Experience in a factory/warehouse setting preferred. 5. Strength and flexibility to lift parts, equipment, and supplies (lifting to 75 lbs.) 6. Effective interaction and communication with others are required. 7. Ability to perform a variety of tasks at or above the time–studied norm. 8.
