Who We Are "We are a Church that Looks, Lives, and Leads like Heaven" - A Church Filled with Diversity - A Church Framed by Integrity - A Church Fueled for Possibility Our Mission “Love God Personally, Love Others Intentionally, Love the World Impactfully.” Key Responsibilities - Lead and grow Men's Ministry and discipleship initiatives. - Develop and strengthen leadership pathways for volunteers and ministry leaders. - Oversee guest assimilation and next-step processes—from first-time guest to engaged leader. - Provide pastoral care through coaching, counseling, hospital visitation, prayer, weddings, funerals, and crisis support. - Recruit, train, equip, and encourage Visioneers (volunteers). - Serve as part of the teaching team through preaching and Bible teaching opportunities. - Help strengthen discipleship, leadership development, and church-wide ministry effectiveness. - Champion the mission, vision, values, and culture of Century Assembly. Cultural Expectations - Lives a life of personal integrity, humility, and spiritual maturity. - Models moral excellence in behavior, decision-making, and leadership. - Demonstrates emotional and relational intelligence with all people. - Champions encouragement, accountability, and clarity. - Has zero tolerance for gossip or toxic communication. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies, Ministry, Theology, or related field (preferred). - Assemblies of God credentialed minister or actively pursuing credentialing. - Previous pastoral ministry experience in discipleship, leadership development, pastoral care, or related ministry. - Strong understanding of Assemblies of God doctrine and philosophy of ministry. - Demonstrated success recruiting and developing volunteer leaders. - Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to complete fingerprinting and Mandated Reporter training (or willingness to obtain).
