We are seeking an **Associate** to join the **National Associate Team (NAT)** based in our Nashville headquarters. The NAT Associate will be a part of a mobile unit ready to support Private Wealth sales and service teams in offices across the country as the result of disruption in the local market (e.g., employee turnover, extended leave, etc.). Key responsibilities include the following: - Provide all aspects of client servicing for high-net-worth clients and prospects in any of our 20 offices, including portfolio analytics, asset allocation modeling, new client onboarding, and account transactions - Build trust & creditability with colleagues and teams across our business to uphold client service excellence - Serve as a Center of Influence for Associate teams, particularly new Associates coming out of training - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency on local teams and proactively address current needs - Prepare and present consultative observations from engagements to senior management **Our Comprehensive Development Program** Associates will participate in a robust and comprehensive training program – The Associate Development Program (ADP). After years of heavy financial investment and input from industry leaders, ADP is a one-of-a-kind opportunity.
