Those who have completed their M.D. program will also be considered. The goal of the program is to develop and support high-potential specialist physician talent in transitioning to a successful career within R&D at AbbVie. To that end, participants will engage in thoughtful, impactful rotational assignments within core R&D sub-functions, including Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Development (both early and late stage.)
