The integrated marketing team is a group of marketing generalists responsible for translating business goals into marketing strategies and serving as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market. About the Role The Consumer Integrated Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to grow DoorDash's Marketplace. This role will report to the DashPass Retention & Member Experience Marketing Lead and help shape the next generation of DashPass member vale. You'll support the development and launch of new member benefits designed to increase engagement, strengthen retention, and make DashPass more valuable in members' everyday lives. Working closely with Product, Strategy & Operations, Analytics, and CRM partners, you'll help identify customer needs, develop compelling member value propositions, and bring new benefits to market through thoughtful go-to-market planning and experimentation. Partner with Product, Strategy & Operations, and Analytics to understand customer needs and translate insights into compelling member value propositions. Build integrated go-to-market plans for new features and benefits, including positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and measurement. Design and execute experiments to validate messaging, drive adoption, and optimize the member experience after launch. Monitor member behavior and campaign performance, using data and customer insights to recommend improvements and identify new opportunities. Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Creative, CRM, and Operations to deliver high-quality launches and member experiences. Stay informed on consumer trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities that can help DashPass deliver greater everyday value. We’re excited about you because you have… You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You have 3–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related field. You're excited by ambiguous, early-stage problems and enjoy building new programs from the ground up. You have experience contributing to cross-functional initiatives and can effectively collaborate with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Operations teams. You know how to translate customer insights and data into clear marketing recommendations and action plans. You have experience supporting product or feature launches, developing messaging, or executing integrated marketing campaigns. You're analytical, organized, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You're an effective communicator who can influence partners through clear thinking, strong collaboration, and well-supported recommendations.
