This role requires strong analytical capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions. - Support strategic operations initiatives that advance business objectives and commercial priorities across North America. - Partner with teams across sales, marketing, finance, product, supply chain, and channel operations to drive alignment and execution. - Assist with annual planning and long-range business planning processes by translating priorities into actionable plans and tracking mechanisms. - Support commercialization initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational effectiveness. - Manage operating rhythm activities, including business reviews, leadership updates, performance tracking, and cross-functional meetings. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers to monitor strategic and operational goals. - Analyze business performance data, market trends, and internal insights to identify opportunities, risks, and recommendations. - Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved. - Prepare presentations, summaries, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making. - Track project actions, follow-ups, and deliverables to maintain accountability and execution discipline. - Collaborate with stakeholders to remove obstacles, solve problems, and support successful implementation of initiatives. - Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strategic and detail-oriented professional with experience in business operations, project management, or commercial strategy.
