We respond to the needs of the aviation community on legal and regulatory issues. We handle issues for the aviation industry members from major airline and satellite losses, to antitrust and product liability claims, to bodily injury and cargo litigation. - Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution. - Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. - Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. - Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting. - Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed. **Required:** · IL Bar · Recent insurance defense (preferably aviation law) experience **You should know some of the following:** - Construction Defect - Aviation Law (airplanes, airports, airlines) - Toxic Torts, Products Liability - General / Premises Liability - Trucking & Transportation - Medical Malpractice
