Associate Lease Specialist – ICF

## Responsibilities - Create client folders with company nomenclature - Customer setup in systems - Audit of signed commitment letters and ancillary documents, ensuring compliance with business operation policies - Prepare an internal memo for each lease schedule, documenting credit requirements and required follow-up items - Update internal logs regularly to keep track of volume and deal flow timelines - Purchase Order placement with vendor partners - Prepare UCC filings - Obtain and maintain active insurance certificates - Initiate check requests where applicable and engage with Accounts Payable ensuring payment disbursement - Have a basic understanding of Insight’s system applications - Assist the Lease Specialist with schedule documentation - Assist the Lease Specialist with vendor onboarding including ACH detail - Work on special projects as directed - Miscellaneous duties to include: filing, promptly returning phone calls and emails, reconciliations ## Qualifications / Education - Moderate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel - Knowledge of Lease Wave, Share Point, and SSRS Reports is a plus - Minimum High School Graduate or Equivalent ## Skills - Strong attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team - Ability to exercise strict confidentiality ***Insight Capital Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, status as a Veteran or other protected classification.*** ## Division ICF
