Our 401(k) plan is a rapidly growing program at Justworks. Here you’ll have the opportunity to help manage the day-to-day operations, interface with our vendor, and help make a difference on how our program operates. Your Success Profile What You Will Work On Perform day-to-day operations for our 401(k) program as part of Justworks Financial Benefits Programs Resolve benefit inquiries/issues generated by Customer Success and Sales teams within the agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs) Triage incoming issues/inquiries to identify need for engineering intervention and escalate accordingly Work with third party vendors to resolve escalated issues - enrollment errors, plan set ups, document requests, etc. Resolve employee and employer level benefit requests such as; new enrollments, plan and amendment set ups, loan setups, etc. Assist senior team members in building out internal benefit resources (help articles, training decks, etc.) Develop creative solutions for new issues with assistance from supervisors using available resources and systems Perform other related duties as assigned How You Will Do Your Work As an Associate on the Financial Benefits - Retirement team, how results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately result in our success as an organization.
