Associate Facilitator (Contract)

About our facilitators We are looking for exceptional facilitators with deep AI expertise to facilitate live, virtual training programs for organizations. Hone sets a high standard for our facilitators and requires extensive experience. Our Community spans across 4 continents and more than 10 countries. This diverse community of facilitators includes AI practitioners, technologists, entrepreneurs, educators, and change-makers, all united in a mission to provide amazing learning experiences. About our classes Our virtual classes are highly interactive. Most sessions run at 60 minutes with groups of varying sizes from 25-100 or more. We focus on practical AI skill-building to help learners move from AI awareness to fluency to being AI native. About our learners Our learners are located in the US, EMEA, and APAC and come from mid-market to large enterprise organizations in the field of technology, healthcare, business services, insurance, and finance. Contract Associate Facilitator Position This is a contract position with no guarantee of regular hours (some months might be busy, some months might be very light). The Associate Facilitator can facilitate 0–30 classes a month (depending upon your flexibility and client demand). Classes run Monday–Friday during US, EMEA, and APAC business hours. Required A minimum of 1 year virtual facilitation experience Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) for real work — prompting, summarization, research, workflow automation, vibe coding, data analysis, building AI agents, and content generation Strong internet connection, quiet space, and distraction/clutter-free background High level of comfort using Zoom, email, and Slack About Our Process Complete the application process Interview with our Community team Lead a 30-minute demo class where we can observe your facilitation style
