Overview The Equity Associate will support Bellwether's robust Asset Management team, gaining exposure to office and retail asset classes through financial modeling, fund-level reporting, and underwriting of equity investments. Regular communication with internal and external decision-makers will be expected in this role, offering exposure to industry leaders in the real estate investment community.
