Raytheon – Naval Systems & Sustainment (NSS) / Ship Systems Integration & Sustainment (SSI&S) is looking for an Associate Director, Program Management candidate. The candidate would hold Senior Program Management responsibility of both the Chesapeake Virginia and San Diego (Balboa Ave.) Depot Programs. Beyond a strong Program Management background, the candidate must demonstrate a strategic vision, financial and business acumen, and proven ability to manage and navigate complex challenges in a dynamic Depot repair / fabrication environment. This position will report to the Director of Ship Systems Integration & Sustainment (SSI&S). \*\*This is an onsite position at our Chesapeake, VA facility \*\*Relocation is NOT available currently Will You Will Do: - Oversee prioritization of efforts across the Depot by working with Program Office and Operations - Understand financial and schedule performance across all program areas - Collaborate on growth opportunities and strategy with Program Office and Operations - Lead and coordinate internal and customer site tours and visits - Partner with Site Lead on Morale and Team events - Lead weekly Functions meetings to review and mitigate impacts to program deliveries - Review contracts delivery schedule for Depot scope - Coordinate fleet emergent requirement support - Establish strong partnership with the Chesapeake Depot Site Lead, the RTX Facility Security Officer (FSO) and local Government DCSA representative. - Serve on the Chesapeake Business Resilience and Crisis Management (BRCM) Site Council Team & Incident Response Team. - Serve on the Safety Committee, Emergency Response Team, and Recreation Committee Site Teams. - Work with Site cross functional leadership Team consisting of Facilities, Security, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) and Operations.
