Associate Director Product Owner (Retail and CPG)

That's where you come in! ## Job Description Job Description REQUIREMENTS: - Total Experience 13 years+ - Deep expertise in 2–3 Retail & CPG domains such as Merchandising, PLM, Demand Planning, Logistics, Store Operations, Category Management, or Trade Promotion. - Strong understanding of the end-to-end Retail & CPG value chain and key business drivers. - Experience leading large transformation programs (ERP, PLM, Supply Chain, Merchandising). - Proven experience conducting CXO workshops, presales, solutioning, and practice development. - Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and mentoring skills. - Exposure to AI/GenAI in Retail and COE/practice-building experience is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Act as the Retail & CPG Domain SME and own the practice point of view. - Lead CXO workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic consulting engagements. - Drive presales, solutioning, proposals, and deal shaping. - Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and thought leadership assets. - Mentor consulting teams and ensure high-quality practice deliverables. - Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to support client transformations. - Represent Nagarro through client interactions, industry events, and practice-building initiatives. ## Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
