Attovia Therapeutics, Inc., is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Director of Preclinical Study Monitor and Operations to join our Preclinical Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing outsourced preclinical studies to ensure they are conducted efficiently, ethically, and to the highest quality standards, including Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards. You will collaborate closely with Study Directors, internal scientists, and external vendors to drive study execution and safeguard data integrity. In addition, this individual will manage the operational lifecycle of our non-clinical pipeline. In this role, you will lead the logistical coordination of both internal and external research projects. You will be responsible for vendor selection, contract execution, budget tracking, and material logistics. Your work will directly ensure that our preclinical programs move smoothly from concept to execution without operational delays.
