This role emphasizes building strong three-way partnerships between CIO teams, Digital Platform teams, and Digital Infrastructure teams. The Associate Director will serve as the voice of the customer and model collaborative behaviors to align consumers and infrastructure providers. Additionally, this role will run our Agile system, administer and organize quarterly planning, establish simple quarterly and sprint planning and review routines, teach and guide infrastructure teams to adopt agile practices in a lightweight fashion, and orchestrate internal and external communication and feedback loops. The role will also organize metrics and KPIs for the team in partnership with ITSM operations and other DI leaders.
