We are seeking a highly driven and experienced finance leader to join our team as an Associate Director, FP&A. This role will lead key financial reporting and analysis efforts, support strategic planning, and partner with cross-functional leaders across global operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, a sharp analytical mindset, and leadership capabilities to drive value through data and insight **What You Will Do:** - Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights across business units - Support the centralization and streamlining of financial reporting processes, helping to establish a scalable reporting framework and driving the monthly analysis and commentary cadence. - Partner with IPG Corporate and network finance teams to integrate data intelligence and visualization efforts, utilizing enterprise dashboards and data lakes to improve reporting efficiency and insight delivery. - Partner with global FP&A teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for key operational groups. - Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of automated reporting tools and dashboards (leveraging platforms such as Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or Workday). - Mentor junior team members and help guide their development as FP&A generalists with specialized tracks in reporting, analytics, or business case development, as appropriate. - Ensure alignment with enterprise reporting policies and help maintain the integrity of financial systems and data inputs. - Champion process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices in FP&A governance and reporting standards. **What You Will Have:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred. - 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally within a global or matrixed organization. - Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning processes and provide business-oriented insights. - Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong experience with Adaptive Insights, - Workday, Power BI, or similar tools is highly desirable. - Proven success in building relationships across cultures and time zones; global experience is a plus. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for executive audiences. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. - Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience, with a collaborative and proactive approach. - **This position is not eligible for any type of sponsorship** - **Must be located in the NY area and able to follow company policy of work in office** **Desirable Attributes:** - Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Change agent with the ability to challenge the status quo and improve processes. - High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive information. - Passion for continuous learning, coaching others, and growing within a fast-paced finance environment ## ## **What Will Set You Apart:** - Previous IPG/Acxiom experience **Primary Location City/State:** New York, New York **Additional Locations (if applicable):** Acxiom is an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status (EOE/Vet/Disabled) and does not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, promotion or other employment of associates or the awarding of subcontracts because of a person's race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, protected veteran, military status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics or other protected status.
