THE ROLE: Healthix is seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Director/Director of Life Sciences & Research to lead the growth and development of our research and life sciences practice rea. This role is primarily focused on business development, relationship management, and revenue generation, with an emphasis on expanding partnerships across life sciences organizations, academic health organizations, research institutions, and public health entities. The Associate Director/Director will play a critical role in advancing Healthix’s transformation by operationalizing health data to support research, innovation, and real-world evidence initiatives. This individual will cultivate new opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and position Healthix as a trusted partner in data-driven research and population health improvement. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, experience working with research and life sciences stakeholders, and a proven ability to identify, develop, and close partnership opportunities. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Business Development & Revenue Growth** - Identify, cultivate, and secure new partnerships across life sciences, research organizations, academic medical centers, and public health agencies - Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand Healthix’s research and life sciences portfolio - Drive revenue generation through new engagements, including real-world evidence studies, data services, and research collaborations - Partner with internal stakeholders to define and package data-driven solutions aligned with market needs **Relationship Management & Partnerships** - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, academic health science centers, and government agencies - Serve as the primary point of contact for life sciences and research partners, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction - Collaborate with Customer Success, Data Strategy, and Engineering teams to deliver value and ensure successful execution of partnerships - Represent Healthix in external forums, industry events, and collaborative initiatives **Research & Innovation Enablement** · Support the expansion of Healthix’s role in…
