Position Summary: The Associate Director of Compliance Systems is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organizational systems, tools, governance processes, and cross-functional operating practices that enable GLIDE to consistently meet contractual and grant compliance requirements. Rather than administering contracts or grants, this role builds the organizational infrastructure that supports programmatic, finance, operations, and development and other teams in fulfilling their own compliance responsibilities while advancing organizational effectiveness.
